9th day without yoga...
everytime i am back in singapore, i miss my regular yoga practise. the last trip i had a free 2week pass which is so cool. this time i dont think i can get one. now i am thinking if i should upgrade my membership to global but i want to save money. actually i have been thinking for months! haha each time before i am back in sin, i will think about it. then when i am in hk, i will stop thinking. and then everything will happen again, round and round, on and on. ah...... anyway. : )
if anyone is interested in a free trial class at pure yoga, leekeng and i can refer you. then maybe we can go do yoga together, or rather, friends in singapore, you can go with leekeng. friends in hk, you can come with me. i will get you the free 10day pass. thanks and namaste.
btw, kyurii does not have anything to do with pure yoga. we (more of me) are just yoga fanatics, maybe enthusiasts is a better word. let's be aware not to get overly attached to yoga, to anything, and anyone. : )
i am currently reading: sivananda buried yoga by yogi manmoyanand. what about you?

i can't use the pass at pure sin becos i am a member in pure hk, i am not new. just spoken to rick muik from pure actually (he gave me a 2 week pass on my last trip which i totally utilised, i did 9 complimentary classes! hee...) he can't help me anymore. haha now i can either pay half price for drop-in, or upgrade to global.

suyin, hows ur yoga class today with mahendra? i rather enjoyed his class as he is always full of smiles. not many instructor are like that, u see. Haha. I just attended one of his class on last friday and he ended the lesson by singing a song. I could not figure out the song but i rmb hearing 'om shahti om', which is something you mentioned within your blog. I asked him about it and he said it meant 'peace'. oh yes, i cant make it to the flea as i wish because i have afternoon classes on both days. hope to see leekeng and u soon (for dinner). ps: though u might not wish to come back to sg (hehe), we love u to be back. hahaha. jh.
hey little sister, yes shanti means peace. i remembered one of the yin classes i attended on my last trip, mahendra also chanted. oh but i didnt go today, too busy. : )
