top of the world!
hey girls, here are some photos of our hike yesterday which half way through turned out to be a yoga photo session! we went crazy when we reached the dam (we went saikung, i highly recommend this trek for those who want the other side of hk), it was just so beautiful! the layers of mountains, the clear blue water, we were one with nature. i am not kidding. we really felt that. this is margie, my dear sister. isn't she beautiful? (she is a yoga teacher)
so cute i was snapping away for these 2 beautiful new friends i met, cally and joey. they wore the same yoga outfit, and look so good here! we were saying that next time margie and i will get the same yoga outfit as theirs, maybe different colour, and we can do more formations. 4 in a dancers pose would be nice. 
we were all stripping down to the bare essentials and went so into our photos, we dun care who is looking, you know there were people walking by us! haha. 4 crazy but beautiful yoginis. margie cheoreographed this. oh and we also 'om' 3 times into the sky, let the wind carry our intentions out and let us be united with love. 
its so fun to hang out with girl friends and do crazy stuff, well, its funny but everytime i hang out with my girlfriends, we always do crazy stuff. we were singing top of the world at the top of our voice in the car on our way home. the feeling is so warm. thank you girls for a wonderful day yesterday. spreading the love...

hey jiahui, that's a good idea! then we can maybe go there when i am back in singapore. it always feels so good to be out in the nature. maybe next time we can go picnic by the beach. leekeng makes a good salad. hee : )

i keep forgetting to tell you this. THANKS for bringing 2 beautiful girlfriends into my life. you know as we chatted at the thai restaurant, i see myself in each one of you. i can feel all our beauty, yours, joey and cally, so real. the tears, the laughter, the hugs, the anger, disappontment, hurt, the hope, compassion, all the different emotions.
we may be feeling insecure, experiencing fear, learning to trust again, learning to love our selves but we are sincere, diligent, brave, willing and READY to receive the true gifts from the universe. that's our beauty.
